Art 1. A los fines del presente reglamento, se entenderá por asistente a toda persona que haya adquirido una entrada para Argentina FurFiesta (ArFF!).
Las entradas a la venta son de 5 tipos (General, Sponsor, Super Sponsor, AWOO y APOLLO) y son comercializadas directamente por Argentina FurFiesta, las mismas son intransferibles, y brindan acceso al espacio de la Convención (También llamada Con).
Art 2. Asimismo y a los mismos fines, se entenderá por “badge” a la credencial -única e intransferible- que entrega la Administración de ArFF! de forma oficial y que acredita que la persona es asistente al evento, la misma incluye un “lanyard” (tira) oficial para ser colgada y exhibida y una pulsera de seguridad que no podrá ser removida hasta la finalización del evento.
Art 3. Se deberá exhibir el badge junto con la pulsera en todo momento para poder acceder y permanecer en el espacio donde transcurre la Con. Cualquier persona que no posea su credencial con su pulsera será invitada a retirarse, pudiéndose dar intervención al personal de seguridad o a las autoridades policiales en caso de ser necesario.
Art 3 Bis. En caso de extravío/pérdida -por cualquier motivo- del badge y/o de la pulsera se cobrará una suma de dinero en concepto de derecho de re-emisión de la credencial con su pulsera, la suma será determinada a criterio del integrante del staff actuante como titular de la mesa de operaciones y no excederá el valor de una entrada general al evento.
Art 4. Se denominará Staff al equipo de personas encargadas de coordinar, ejecutar y organizar el evento. Cada integrante del mismo tendrá un badge especial que denote su condición de organizadores. El Staff será presidido por una persona denominada Chair. La composición actual del staff se encuentra disponible en la web del evento (furfiesta.com) y quienes lo integran también deben respetar lo dispuesto en el presente reglamento y sus anexos.
Art 5. Menores entre 16 y 18 años de edad al primer día del evento podrán ingresar al mismo siempre y cuando presenten autorización firmada por padre/madre/representante legal con fotocopia del documento de identidad del firmante.
Art 6. Menores de 16 años de edad al primer día del evento deben ser acompañados por padre/madre/representante legal en todo momento durante el transcurso del mismo. Para este propósito se entregarán hasta dos (2) badges especiales de acompañante sin cargo, en caso de requerirse acompañantes adicionales deberán registrarse como asistentes al evento abonando la entrada correspondiente.
Art 6bis. El badge especial de adulto acompañante no abarca los regalos que forman parte de la entrada, así como el acceso a eventos y experiencias especiales tales como: -y no limitado a- brindis, agasajo y/o almuerzos. El acceso a los mismos se debe abonar por separado en caso que el menor de edad desee participar de ellos.
Art 7. Los valores de las entradas serán consignados en la web (furfiesta.com) y se admitirá como único medio de pago a MercadoPago (en ARS) o PayPal (en USD).
Art 8. En caso de no asistir al evento, y si se desea el kit de asistente incluido con la entrada se deberá contactar vía panel de soporte en la direccion: https://furfiesta.com/soporte/ a fin de pautar su retiro/envío por correo postal -a cargo y riesgo del solicitante-. Concluida la ceremonia de clausura, el kit de asistente se considerará abandonado sin posibilidad de ser reclamado.
Art 9. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley 3281 “Sobre cambios y devoluciones” y sus modificatorias, el plazo para arrepentirse de la compra de la entrada y solicitar su devolución es de “30 (treinta) días corridos posteriores a la operación”. Las mismas deberán ser solicitadas vía panel de soporte en https://furfiesta.com/soporte/ no admitiendose otro medio a tal efecto.
Art 10. Los reintegros serán efectuados a través del mismo medio de pago por el cual se adquirió la entrada. Dadas las políticas de prevención de fraude instauradas por los medios electrónicos de pago, todos los reintegros efectuados por esta vía excluirán permanentemente a la cuenta de poder re-adquirir entradas utilizando cualquiera de los medios electrónicos de pago a futuro.
Art 11. Argentina FurFiesta se reserva el derecho de admisión y permanencia como así también revocar, sin derecho a reembolso alguno, el acceso a cualquier asistente que no cumpla con lo dispuesto en el presente reglamento.
Art 12. Está terminantemente prohibido fumar -o el uso de vaporizadores- como así también el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas. Asimismo está prohibido el ingreso a los salones de la Convención con comidas y/o bebidas adquiridas fuera del ámbito de la Con -a excepción de botellas de agua-. La administración proveerá de agua en las ubicaciones, las cantidades y por los medios que crea conveniente.
Art 13. No está permitido permanecer en los espacios de la Con por fuera del horario donde transcurren las actividades de la misma.
Art 14. La utilización de dispositivos a radiocontrol se encuentra terminante prohibida en todos los espacios de la Con, a excepción del Staff y proveedores externos con la debida autorización.
Art 15. No se permite el uso de confetti, papel picado, espuma, serpentinas, glitter, brillantina y/o cualquier otro elemento similar, como así también el uso de cualquier tipo de sistema empleado para disparar, propulsar y/o esparcirlos.
Art 16. Correr está prohibido en todo el espacio de la convención -excepto durante determinadas actividades donde a criterio del staff se requiera- y se solicita a los asistentes tener el mayor de los cuidados al momento de utilizar escaleras y/o elevadores.
Art 17. Los elevadores tienen una capacidad máxima determinada. Exceder la misma se encuentra prohibido y presenta un severo riesgo no solo para vos, sino para otras personas que comparten el espacio.
Art 18. Bloquear/obstaculizar las salidas de emergencia está estrictamente prohibido y será motivo de expulsión inmediata -de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Art. 11 del presente- de la Con. De igual manera, está estrictamente prohibido conectar, interferir, manipular u operar cualquier tipo de equipo, luces, cableado y/o cualquier otro elemento de infraestructura sin la autorización de la organización del evento.
Art 19. Están terminantemente prohibidas las expresiones, carteles, disfraces, banderas o cualquier otro medio que sea utilizado para difundir y/o promover expresiones de odio hacia -a modo enunciativo y no limitado a- credos, orientaciones sexuales, grupos de pertenencia, agrupaciones políticas, países, comunidades, etc. La sola exhibición de alguna de estas expresiones tanto en el espacio de la convención como en las proximidades del evento por parte de un asistente, será objeto de expulsión sin mediar advertencia alguna de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Art. 11 del presente.
Art 19bis. Están terminantemente prohibidas las expresiones, carteles, disfraces, ropa, banderas o cualquier otro medio que sea utilizado para difundir y/o promover expresiones partidarias de cualquier índole.
Art 20. Argentina FurFiesta es un espacio de tolerancia, cordialidad y de respeto mutuo, estos son los valores que se esperan de todas las personas que asisten al evento. El contenido de la Convención es apto para todo público en su mayoría.
Art 21. Las directivas del Staff deben ser respetadas y acatadas por cualquier persona que asista al evento.
Art 22. Respétense. En particular -y no limitado a- a la hora de solicitar o buscar algún tipo de interacción física. En lenguaje claro: el "no" es NO y se respeta.
Art 22bis. Es importante prestar especial atención y respetar el espacio de fursuiters, ya sea a la hora de solicitar una foto o un abrazo, como así también a la hora de llamar su atención. Evitar tirar del pelaje, cuernos, cola u otras partes de un fursuit, dado que pueden dañarse.
Art 23. La vestimenta como así también los disfraces para cualquier asistente -incluyendo fursuiters- deben ser conforme a la moral, la legalidad y las buenas costumbres. Por tal motivo:
Art 24. Evita hacer ruido excesivo, obstruir el paso a otras personas, fingir peleas, acaparar el espacio sin autorización, reproducir música a volumen alto y/o toda otra acción tendiente a generar malestar y/o incomodidad a otras personas.
Art 24bis. Las propuestas de casamiento así como cualquier interrupción de los paneles y las actividades están estrictamente prohibidas, salvo que ocurran con expresa autorización de la Organización del evento.
Art 25. Todas las personas que asistan al evento deben respetar y cuidar el espacio del mismo. Se prohíbe adherir cualquier elemento a las paredes, techos, columnas, candelabros, etc como así marcar los pisos o dañar los muebles. Tenga cuidado al posar para fotos y evite blandir cualquier elemento, en especial los de gran porte.
Art 26. Por regla general el régimen de advertencias/sanciones en caso de infracciones al presente reglamento será el siguiente:
Art 27. El Staff de Argentina FurFiesta determinará el grado de la sanción a imponer y tomará las acciones pertinentes. Toda decisión por parte del Staff es final.
Art 28. En caso de agresión verbal y/o física a miembros del staff, asistentes, personal u otras personas, la convención tendrá el derecho de expulsar a la persona agresora -de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Art. 11 del presente-, como así también proceder legalmente, según sea el caso.
Art 29. Argentina FurFiesta no se hace responsable por la pérdida, daño y/o hurto de objetos personales ni dentro ni fuera del espacio de la Con, cada asistente debe velar por la seguridad de sus pertenencias.
Art 30. Si estás en presencia de una infracción a este reglamento, debes notificar inmediatamente al Staff. Ayudanos a ayudarte.
Art 31. La competencia de Baile así como el Dealers Den y ArFFterDark tienen normas específicas que complementan/modifican el presente reglamento en forma de Anexos.
Art 32. Solicitamos enfáticamente a quienes asistan al evento a ser cordiales entre sí, a generar un espacio de entendimiento mutuo y tolerancia que haga de este un evento realmente inolvidable. En “criollo”: No sea imbécil, respete el espacio, a las otras personas y diviértase.
Art 33. La compra de la entrada es una conformidad expresa al hecho que las personas asistentes pueden ser filmadas/fotografiadas durante el transcurso de la Con y el material podrá ser utilizado por el evento con fines promocionales.
Art 34. Toda persona asistente al evento presta expresa conformidad con los lineamientos vertidos en el presente reglamento, sus anexos, como así también con cualquier revisión futura que este pudiera tener. Las mismas se encontrarán disponibles para su consulta en la web de ArFF! (furfiesta.com)
Art 35. Este reglamento, como sus anexos, será traducido al idioma Inglés, pero esta traducción será simplemente a modo de referencia dado que no se puede asegurar la precisión de la misma.
Art 36. Cualquier circunstancia no contemplada en este reglamento como cualquier excepción y/o interpretación que pueda surgir de la aplicación del mismo, será definida/decidida por la organización de Argentina FurFiesta.
Art 37. Teniendo en cuenta la situación epidemiológica actual en la República Argentina En relación a la Pandemia de SARS-Cov-2 (COVID-19 / Coronavirus) se implementarán una serie de medidas de carácter sanitario, las que serán de cumplimiento obligatorio para cualquier persona que asista al evento -ya sea en calidad de staff, asistente o cualquier otro carácter-. El incumplimiento de cualquiera de estas disposiciones será sancionado con la expulsión de la convención. -de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Art. 11 del presente-
Art 1. La presente convocatoria es para toda persona que quiera participar y aportar su talento al evento. Esta convocatoria se extiende a toda la comunidad, asista o no a Argentina FurFiesta. A los efectos de las presentes bases y condiciones, al aporte de dibujos y textos se los denominará como colaboraciones.
Art 2. Se admitirán colaboraciones hasta el 25 de Mayo de 2024.
Art 3. Durante el plazo mencionado en el Art. 2, se podrán enviar obras de carácter gráfico o literario de autoría propia (ya sea individual o colaborativa entre varias personas) con la finalidad de ser publicadas en Conbook, utilizadas en cartelería, web y/o en cualquier otro medio gráfico del evento.
Art 4. Las colaboraciones suponen de forma implícita y expresa la conformidad con la cesión en favor de Argentina FurFiesta de los derechos de propiedad, publicación, publicidad, reproducción y distribución. Asimismo, la obra en cuestión puede ser objeto de correcciones editoriales, agregados de texto, sufrir alteraciones y/o modificaciones para permitir su incorporación al medio requerido por el evento.
Art 5. Las colaboraciones con el evento de arte o texto bajo ningún concepto serán remuneradas.
Art 6. La Administración de Argentina FurFiesta seleccionará las colaboraciones que -a su criterio- mejor se acomoden al diseño editorial del Conbook y las incorporará a la publicación. Se buscará incluir la mayor cantidad de talento posible, pero dado que el espacio es limitado, puede que haya colaboraciones que no queden seleccionadas y que no puedan ser integradas en otros ámbitos de la convención (Cartelería, web, etc).
Art 7. Una vez notificadas, las colaboraciones que NO han sido seleccionadas para la publicación quedan automáticamente liberadas de lo dispuesto en el Art. 4, Mediante esta comunicación y de forma implícita, la Administración de Argentina FurFiesta devuelve los derechos oportunamente cedidos.
Art 8. Se recibirán colaboraciones de carácter visual o gráfico, sólo en soporte digital. Las obras creadas por medios tradicionales, deben ser escaneadas adecuadamente y en la mejor calidad posible a fin de ser tenidas en cuenta.
Art 9. Los aportes deben enmarcarse en las siguientes 2 categorías:
Art 10. Todos los trabajos deben ser enviados en CMYK, formato PSD o -en última instancia- PNG en su máxima resolución, 300 DPI, deberán ser remitidos por Telegram a Baubao (t.me/baubao) hasta la fecha dispuesta en el art. 2. del presente.
Art 10bis. La administración no se responsabiliza por la pérdida de calidad derivada de incumplimientos en el formato de la remisión.
Art 11. Se recibirán colaboraciones de carácter literario sólo a través de soporte digital y en idioma español.
Art 12. Se admitirán textos de hasta 600 palabras bajo la consigna “Hallazgo en la yunga”. Los trabajos deberán ser enviados en formato .doc .docx u .odt y deberán ser remitidos por Telegram a Baubao (t.me/baubao) hasta la fecha dispuesta en el art. 2 del presente.
De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Art. 31 del Reglamento de Argentina FurFiesta (ArFF!) este es un anexo específico dedicado a regular el funcionamiento del Dealers Den.
Art 1. El Dealers Den -en adelante Dealers, DD o Den- es un espacio de Argentina FurFiesta destinado a que artistas y creadores de contenido en el furry fandom -en adelante dealers- se den a conocer y puedan comercializar su trabajo.
Art 2. El Salón se dividirá en puestos de venta denominados “stands”. Estos pueden estar compuestos de: dos mesas, una mesa completa o mitad de mesa. Según el tipo de stand elegido se incluyen tres, dos o una silla respectivamente.
Art 3. Stands dobles y de mesa completa requieren la designación obligatoria de una persona acompañante para asistir en el stand. Los stands dobles podrán tener hasta dos acompañantes.
Art 3bis. Stands de mitad de mesa no pueden ser compartidos ni subdivididos de modo alguno. Podrán también designar una persona acompañante, pero la misma será al solo efecto de reemplazar al titular del stand durante el transcurso del Dealers Den en caso de requerirlo.
Art 4. Cada dealer es responsable de comunicar las novedades del Dealers Den a su/s acompañante/s, como así también será responsable por el accionar y el debido comportamiento de su/s acompañante/s. En caso de incurrir en alguna falta, la sanción de la misma será solidariamente compartida entre las personas que integran el stand, incluyendo la exclusión del Dealers Den o la expulsión del evento de ser necesario.
Art 5. Para obtener un stand en el Dealers se deberá completar un formulario en la web (furfiesta.com) con información respecto de lo que se pretende vender y del espacio requerido a tal efecto. Para solicitar un stand ES MANDATORIO que la persona que efectua la solicitud como así también su/s acompañante/s cuenten con una entrada para ArFF.
Art 6. Pasado el plazo de la convocatoria, el staff sorteará las ubicaciones disponibles entre dealers de distintas áreas o disciplinas -a modo de ejemplo: dibujantes, fursuit makers, escritores, etc-, ello a los fines de garantizar una variedad heterogénea de productos y servicios disponibles en el Dealers Den.
Art 7. El Staff se reserva el derecho de incorporar dealers a través de invitaciones por fuera del sistema de postulaciones.
Art 8. Los stands del Dealers tendrán un precio a pagar que será estipulado al momento de abrir la convocatoria. Asimismo y con el objeto de motivar la colaboración con la ONG que acompaña al evento: las postulaciones al DD que se comprometan a efectuar una donación - ya sea en un % de sus ganancias o una obra/artículo para subastar- aumentarán sustancialmente sus posibilidades de obtener un stand.
Art 9. En caso de no poder ocupar el puesto asignado en el Dealers Den, se deberá comunicar tal circunstancia al staff. Toda ausencia sin aviso provocará la exclusión permanente de la asignación de stands en futuras ediciones del evento. Se admitirán bajas sin sanciones hasta 1 mes antes del evento, pasado ese punto y dadas las circunstancias quedará a criterio del Staff el plazo de exclusión para futuras ediciones.
Art 10. Todo pago efectuado en concepto de stand de Dealers Den se considera final sin derecho a reembolso.
Art 11. Todos los productos que se comercializan en el Dealers Den deben ser de autoría propia. En caso de no ser así, podrán comercializarse por orden y cuenta de quien posea su autoría siempre y cuando haya sido debidamente autorizado. Todos los precios deben estar expresados en Pesos Argentinos (ARS) sin excepción.
Art 12. Está prohibida la venta de artículos con la marca de “ArFF!” o “Argentina FurFiesta” sin la debida autorización.
Art 12bis. Se permite excepcionalmente la comercialización de artículos u objetos que contengan a Baubao, en la medida que sea contenido apto para todas las edades y que se done un ejemplar de cada artículo para la subasta.
Art 12ter. El uso del logo temático -que es único para cada edición- y sus elementos decorativos o estéticos pueden ser utilizados libremente, siempre y cuando formen parte de una composición más amplia, como un agregado sin ser el elemento central de la pieza, contenido u objeto. (A modo de ejemplo: Parches, pins, llaveros etc que solo sean el logo temático están prohibidos, sin embargo si el logo forma parte del uniforme o del fondo o de algún detalle de una de las comisiones u objetos que vas a vender, esta OK)
Art 13. Pegar carteles, dibujos y/o cualquier otra cosa -en el espacio de pared que corresponde a la mesa asignada- se permite utilizando cinta de papel para dicho propósito. A su vez, cada dealer debe procurarse sus propios medios para exhibir en el espacio asignado que compone el stand. Asimismo el uso de cartelería que obstaculice el paso de los pasillos no está permitido.
Art 14. Cada dealer se responsabiliza por devolver el espacio asignado en las mismas condiciones en las que se le fueron dadas, como así también del pago por la reparación de cualquier daño atribuible a su responsabilidad.
Art 15. Cualquier artículo o contenido que se exhiba a simple vista ya sea para venta y/o promoción, debe ser apto para todas las edades o censurado de forma clara, especialmente en el caso de mostrar desnudos de la cintura para abajo. Por regla general: ante la duda, censuralo; Si tenes que preguntar, censuralo.
Art 16. En caso de tratarse de una carpeta con copias/dibujos/prints de contenido para personas mayores de 18 años, la misma debe estar claramente distinguida como “No apta para menores de 18 años” -ya sea en carpeta aparte o con un divisor claro destinado a tal efecto-
Art 17. Exhibir y/o comercializar obras, contenido y/o artículos para mayores de 18 años a menores de edad es un delito, penado por la Ley Argentina y una causal de expulsión inmediata de Argentina FurFiesta. El Staff exhorta enfáticamente a dealers a respetar lo dispuesto en la Ley y abstenerse de exhibir y/o comercializar material para personas adultas a menores de edad.
Art 18. El Staff se reserva el derecho de requerir la censura o retiro de la venta de productos de cualquier stand durante la duración del DD por su contenido y/o cualquier otro criterio, siendo el incumplimiento de esta indicación o de cualquier otra devenida del reglamento causal de una sanción y/o la expulsión inmediata del evento.
Art 19. Durante el transcurso del Dealers Den podrá haber un espacio especial destinado a la exhibición libre, comercialización de arte y productos para personas mayores de 18 años de edad denominado “Dealers Den AD”, el mismo se regirá por las mismas disposiciones que determinan el funcionamiento del presente, con la excepción de los Arts. 15 y 16 que no tendrán efecto en este espacio.
Art 20. Solo se permite el ingreso de personas mayores de 18 años de edad al Dealers Den AD.
Art 21. Cada dealer es responsable por su negocio y por lo que comercializa en los términos de la Ley Argentina, eximiendo así a Argentina FurFiesta de cualquier responsabilidad civil, comercial o penal que pudiera derivar de los productos y servicios comercializados en el Dealers Den.
Art 1. For the purposes of this regulation, an attendee will be understood as anyone who has purchased a ticket to attend Argentina FurFiesta (ArFF!).
The tickets for sale are of 5 types (General, Sponsor, Super Sponsor, AWOO and APOLLO) and are sold directly by Argentina FurFiesta, they are non-transferable, and provide access to the Convention space (Also called Con).
Art 2. For the same purposes, Badge will be understood as the credential -unique and non-transferable- officially given by the administration of ArFF! that serve as proof that the person is an attendee of the event, it includes an official "lanyard" (strip) to hold and display it and a security bracelet that cannot be removed until the end of the event.
Art 3. The badge must be displayed together with the bracelet at all times in order to access and remain in the space where the Con takes place. Any person who does not have their credential with their bracelet will be invited to leave, staff may give intervention to security or the police authorities if necessary.
Art 3bis. In case of loss -for any given reason- of the badge and / or the bracelet a re-issue fee will be charged for the credential with its bracelet, the amount will be determined at the discretion of the staff member acting in charge of the con operations table and will not exceed the value of a general ticket to the event.
Art 4. The team of individuals in charge of coordinating, executing and organizing the event will be called staff, each member of this team will have a special badge that denotes their status as organizers. The staff will be directed by a person called Chair. The current composition of the staff is available on the event website (furfiesta.com) and all its members must follow this set of rules and its annexes.
Art 5. Minors between 16 and 18 years old as of the first day of the event may participate in the event as long as they submit an authorization signed by parent/legal guardian and a photocopy of the signatory id.
Art 6. Children under 16 years of age as of the first day of the event must be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian at all times during the event. Parents/legal guardians will receive up to two adult accompanying badge free of charge. In case additional companion badges are required, they must register as attending the event by paying the corresponding entrance fee.
Art 6bis. The special accompanying adult badge does not include the gifts included in the ticket as well as the entrance to events and special experiences such as -and not limited to- toast and/or lunch. If the minor desires to participate in them, accompanying adults will have to pay for their spot in those activities.
Art 7. Ticket values will be available on the web (furfiesta.com) and MercadoPago (in ARS) or Paypal (in USD) will be accepted as a means of payment.
Art 8. In case of not attending the event and still wanting the attendee kit/gifts included with the ticket, you must contact via our support site at https://furfiesta.com/soporte/ in order to schedule your pick up/shipping by post -paid and by risk of the interested party-. After the closing ceremonies, the attendee kit and gifts will be considered abandoned without the possibility of being claimed.
Art 9. In accordance with the provisions of Argentinian Law N° 3281 "On changes and refunds" and its amendments, the period to regret the purchase of the ticket and request its refund is "30 (thirty) consecutive days after the operation." They must be requested via our support site at https://furfiesta.com/soporte/ not admitting another means to that effect.
Art 10. The refunds will be made through the same means of payment used to purchase the ticket. Given fraud prevention policies established by the electronic means of payment, all refunds made by these means will permanently exclude the account from being able to re-acquire tickets using any of the aforementioned means of payment.
Art. 11 Argentina FurFiesta reserves the right of admission and permanence as well as the right to revoke, without refund, the access of any attendee who does not comply with these rules and code of conduct.
Art 12. Smoking -or the usage of any type of vaporizers- as well as psychoactive substances consumption is strictly forbidden. Also the access to the convention space with food or any type of drink purchased outside of the Con -with the exception of bottled water- is not allowed. The administration will provide water in the locations, the quantities and by the means that it considers convenient.
Art 13. Remaining in the space of the Con, outside its scheduled activities is forbidden.
Art 14. The use of radio-controlled devices is strictly prohibited in all spaces of the Con, with the exception of Staff and external providers with the proper authorization.
Art 15. The use of confetti, foam, streamers, glitter and/or any other similar element is not allowed, as well as any type of system used to shoot, propel and/or spread them.
Art 16. Running is not allowed in the convention space -with the exception of certain activities where at discretion of the staff is required- and attendees are encouraged to exercise the greatest care when using stairs and/or elevators.
Art 17. The elevators -if available- have a set maximum capacity, exceeding it is prohibited and presents a severe risk not only for you but also to the rest of the people sharing the space.
Art 18. Blocking/obstructing emergency exits is strictly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate expulsion - in accordance with the provisions of Art. 11 of these regulations - of the Con. Similarly, it is strictly prohibited to connect, interfere, manipulate or operate any type of equipment, lights, wiring and/or any other element of infrastructure without the authorization of the organization of the event.
Art 19. Expressions, posters, costumes, flags or any other medium that is used to disseminate and/or promote hatred towards -enunciative and not limited to- creeds, sexual orientation, membership groups, political groupings, communities, countries, etc is strictly prohibited. The mere demonstration of any of these expressions both in the space of the convention and in the vicinity of the event by any attendee, will be subject to expulsion without any warning in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of this.
Art 19bis. Expressions, posters, costumes, clothing, flags or any other means used to spread and/or promote partisan expressions of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Art 20. Argentina FurFiesta is a space of tolerance, cordiality and mutual respect, these are the values that are expected of all those attending the event. On its majority, the content of the Convention is suitable for general audiences.
Art 21. Staff directives must be respected and followed by anyone attending the event.
Art 22. Respect each other. In particular -and not limited to- when requesting or seeking some type of physical interaction. In plain language: “No” is NO and it must be respected.
Art 22bis. It is important to pay special attention and respect the space of fursuiters, either when requesting a photo or a hug, as well as when calling their attention. Avoid pulling on the fur, horns, tail, or other parts of a fursuit, as these can be damaged.
Art 23. The clothing as well as the costumes for any attendee -including fursuiters- must be in accordance with morality, legality and good customs. For this reason:
Art 24. Avoid being excessively noisy, block the way of other people, feign fights, monopolize space without authorization, play music at a high volume and/or any other action tending to generate mistreatment and/or discomfort to other people.
Art 24bis. Marriage proposals as well as any interruption of the panels and activities are strictly prohibited, unless they occur with the express authorization of the Organization of the event.
Art 25. All attendees of the event must respect the venue of the event and take care of it. Please do not stick things on the walls, roofs, columns, hanging lights, etc. Do not mark the floors or damage the furniture. Be careful when posing for photos and brandishing any element, especially if they are big.
Art 26. As a general rule, the warning / sanctions regime in case of infractions to these regulations will be the following:
Art 27. The Argentina FurFiesta Staff will determine the degree of the sanction to be imposed and will take the pertinent actions. Any decision made by the Staff is final.
Art 28. In the event of verbal and/or physical abuse to members of staff, attendees, event venue staff or other people by an attendee, the convention will have the right to expel the aggressor -in accordance with the provisions of Art. 11 of this-, as well as proceed legally if required.
Art 29. Argentina FurFiesta is not responsible for the loss/damage/robbery of personal items inside or outside the space of the Con, each attendee must ensure the safety of their own things.
Art 30. If you are witnessing an infraction to these rules, you must notify the Staff immediately. Let us help to help you.
Art 31. The dancing competition as well as the Dealer’s Den and ArFFterDark will have an specific set of rules that will complement/modify the present regulations in the form of Annexes.
Art 32. We request emphatically to all attendees of the event to be cordial for each other, to generate a space of mutual understanding and tolerance that makes this an unforgettable event. In "criollo": Do not be an imbecile, respect the space, other people and have fun.
Art 33. The purchase of the ticket is an express agreement to the fact that the attendees can be filmed / photographed during the course of the Con and the material may be used by the event for promotional purposes.
Art 34. Every person attending the event expressly agrees with the guidelines set forth in this regulation, its annexes, as well as any future revision that this may have. They will be available for review on the ArFF website! (furfiesta.com)
Art 35. These rules and code of conduct, along with its annexes will be translated into English, but the translation will be just for reference since the accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
Art 36. Any circumstance not contemplated in these rules and code of conduct as any exception and/or interpretation that may arise from the application of this will be defined/decided by the Argentina FurFiesta Staff.
Art 37. Taking into account the current epidemiological situation in the Argentine Republic in relation to the SARS-Cov-2 Pandemic (COVID-19 / Coronavirus), a series of health guidelines will be implemented, which will be mandatory for anyone who attends to the event -either as staff, assistant or in any capacity-. Failure to comply with any of these provisions will be sanctioned with expulsion from the convention. -in accordance with the provisions of Art. 11 of this-
Art 1. This call for is for anyone who wants to participate and contribute their talent to the event. This call for is directed to the entire community, whether or not attending Argentina FurFiesta. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the contribution of drawings and text will be referred to as collaborations.
Art 2. Collaborations will be accepted until May 25, 2024.
Art 3. During the term mentioned in Art. 2, any work of graphic and literary nature of self authorship (either individual or collaborative between several artists) may be sent for the purpose of being published in the event's Conbook, used in signage, website and/or any other event graphic media.
Art 4. The collaborations implicitly and expressly represent the agreement with the transfer in favor of Argentina FurFiesta of the rights of property, publication, advertising, reproduction and distribution. Likewise, the work in question may be subject to editorial corrections, text aggregates, alterations and / or modifications to allow its incorporation into the media mean required by the event.
Art 5. Art or text collaborations with the event will not be remunerated under any circumstances.
Art 6. The Administration of Argentina FurFiesta will select the collaborations that - in their opinion - best fit the editorial design of the Conbook and will incorporate them into the publication. The event will seek to include as much talent as possible, but given that space is limited, there may be collaborations that might not get selected and/or can not be integrated into other areas of the convention (for example: posters, web, etc).
Art 7. Once notified, the collaborations that have NOT been selected for publication are automatically released from the provisions of Art. 4, Through this communication and implicitly, the Administration of Argentina FurFiesta returns the rights opportunely assigned by the author of the collaboration in question.
Art 8. Visual or graphic collaborations will be received, only in digital support. The works created by traditional means must be scanned properly and in the best possible quality in order to be taken into account.
Art 9. Contributions must fall into the following 2 categories:
Art 10. All art/visual collaborations should be sent in CMYK, PSD format or - ultimately - PNG in full resolution, 300 DPI, and must be sent by Telegram to Baubao (t.me/baubao) until the date provided in art. 2. of the present.
Art 10bis. The administration is not responsible for the loss of quality derived from non-compliance with the aforementioned format.
Art 11. Collaborations will be received only through digital support and in Spanish language.
Art 12. Texts of up to 600 words will be accepted under the theme “Finding at the Yunga”. Each submission has to be in .doc .docx or .odt format and must be sent by Telegram to Baubao (t.me/baubao) until the date provided in art. 2 of the present.
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 31 of the rules and code of conduct of Argentina FurFiesta (ArFF!) This is a specific annex dedicated to regulate the operation of Dealers Den.
Art 1. The Dealers Den - hereinafter Dealers, DD or Den - is an Argentine FurFiesta space intended for artists and content creators in the furry fandom - hereinafter dealers - to promote and sell their work.
Art 2. The space will be divided into space for vendors called “stands”. These can be made up of: two tables, a full table or half a table. Depending on the type of stand chosen, three, two or one chair will be provided respectively.
Art 3. Double and full table stands require the mandatory designation of an accompanying person to assist at the stand. Double stands may have up to two companions.
Art 3bis. Half a table stands cannot be shared or subdivided in any way. They may also designate an accompanying person, but this will be for the sole purpose of replacing the vendor during the course of the Dealers Den if required.
Art 4. Each dealer is responsible for sharing the news of the Dealers Den to their companion/s, as well as being responsible for the actions and proper behavior of their companion/s. If any offense is committed, the penalty will be shared jointly among the people who are part of the stand, including exclusion from the Dealers Den or expulsion from the event if necessary.
Art 5. To obtain a stand at Dealers, you must complete a form on the website (furfiesta.com) with information regarding what you intend to sell and the space required for this purpose. To request a stand IT IS MANDATORY that the person making the request along with their companion/s have a ticket for ArFF.
Art 6. Once the deadline to apply has expired, the staff will raffle the available locations among dealers from different areas or disciplines - for example: artists, fursuit makers, writers, etc.- in order to guarantee a heterogeneous variety of products and services available.
Art 7. The Staff reserves the right to include dealers through invitations outside the application system.
Art 8. Each stand will have a price to pay that will be stipulated at the time of opening the call-for. Likewise, and in order to motivate collaboration with charity, applications to the DD that commit to donate -either a % of their earnings or a piece of original work to be auctioned- will substantially increase their chance of obtaining a stand.
Art 9. In case of not being able to occupy the assigned position in the Dealers Den, this circumstance must be communicated to the staff. Any absence without notice will cause permanent exclusion from the allocation of stands in future editions of the event. Withdrawals will be accepted without penalties up to 1 month before the event, after that point and given the circumstances, the exclusion period for future editions will be at the discretion of the Staff.
Art 10. Any payment made for a Dealers Den stand is considered final without the right to a refund.
Art 11. All products sold in the Dealers Den must be of their own authorship. If this is not the case, they may be marketed by order and on behalf of the person who owns them as long as they duly authorized it. All prices must be in Argentine Pesos (ARS) without exception.
Art 12. The sale of items with the “ArFF!” or “Argentina FurFiesta” brands are prohibited without proper authorization.
Art 12bis. Exceptionally, the production and sale of articles or objects that contain Baubao is permitted, as long as the content is suitable for all ages and that one copy of each article is donated for the auction.
Art 12ter. The use of the themed logo - which is unique for each edition - and its decorative or aesthetic elements can be used freely, as long as they are part of a broader composition, as an addition without being the central element of the piece, content or object . (As an example: Patches, pins, keychains, etc. that are only the thematic logo are prohibited, however, if the logo is part of the uniform or the background or any detail of one of the commissions or objects that you are going to sell, it is OK)
Art 13. Hanging posters, drawings and/or anything else - on the wall space that corresponds to the assigned table - is permitted using paper tape for that purpose. In turn, each dealer must provide their own means to exhibit in the assigned space that makes up the stand. The use of signage that obstructs passage through the hallways is not permitted.
Art 14. Each dealer is responsible for returning the assigned space in the same conditions in which it was given to them, as well as paying for the repair of any damage attributable to their responsibility.
Art 15. Any item or content that is displayed on plain view, whether for sale and/or promotion, must be suitable for all ages or clearly censored, especially in the case of showing nudity from the waist down. As a general rule: when in doubt, censor it; If you have to ask, censor him.
Art 16. If it is a folder with copies/drawings/prints of content for people over 18 years of age, it must be clearly distinguished as “Not suitable for people under 18 years of age” - either in a separate folder or with a clear divider designated for this purpose-
Art 17. Exhibiting and/or marketing works, content and/or articles for those over 18 years of age to minors is a crime, punishable by Argentine Law and a cause for immediate expulsion from Argentina FurFiesta. The Staff strongly urges dealers to respect the provisions of the Law and refrain from exhibiting and/or marketing material for adults to minors.
Art 18. The Staff reserves the right to require censorship or withdrawal of the sale of products from any stand during the duration of the DD due to its content and/or any other criteria, failure to comply with this indication or any other regulation resulting from a sanction and/or immediate expulsion from the event.
Art 19. During the course of the Dealers Den there may be a special space for the free exhibition, commercialization of art and products for people over 18 years of age called “Dealers Den AD”, it will be governed by the same provisions that determine the operation of the Dealers Den, with the exception of Arts. 15 and 16 that will have no effect in this space.
Art 20. Only people over 18 years of age are allowed to enter the Dealers Den AD.
Art 21. Each dealer is responsible for their business and for what they market in the terms of Argentine Law, thus exempting Argentina FurFiesta from any civil, commercial or criminal liability that may arise from the products and services marketed in the Dealers Den.
